TMA E-Marketing

About a year ago, TMA E-Marketing executive Christian Del Monte was looking for ways for his Internet marketing services company to grow business with local clients. His search ended when he came across Marchex's call tracking solution. TMA now offers call tracking to all its clients, says Del Monte.

"Call tracking has enabled us to prove more results to our customers," Del Monte explains. "Without that capability, many of our clients wouldn't understand our full value."

TMA purchases phone numbers for its clients from Marchex. Del Monte says the turnaround for numbers can be as short as "five minutes" and the availability of both local and toll free numbers is a huge plus. TMA inserts the numbers in client placements and easily monitors results from its own portal. Marchex Voice Services is so "feature-rich we are finding only a few clients that don't use it," Del Monte reports.

Del Monte says the data TMA receives from Marchex is very valuable. The Marchex call recording feature is also especially helpful in identifying bottlenecks that clients experience but do not realize. Two TMA clients, a hospitality company and a mortgage business, listen to calls to evaluate their efforts, which in turn helps them understand what's working, Del Monte says.

TMA is considering tests to further evaluate uses for Marchex Voice Services with an eye toward TMA's goal of "customer delight."

"Out of everything we've been doing to improve our value add to clients, this is the best thing we have come across all year," Del Monte concludes.
